Ian Kinsler World Series game used glove. Nike glove with name embroidered on thumb. On pinky Has R.B., J.J., 3 Prove it. All embroidered. Glove displays great use. The Boston Red sox were a team that had nothing on their mind other than winning the World Series and never gave up. Baseball is a team sport and you win and lose as a group. The Red Sox would win the first to game of the series and were leading in the 13th inning with 2 outs when Puig hit a hard grounder to Kinsler and he appeared to slip and threw the ball wide to first allowing the tying run to score. This error allowed the Dodgers to win in 18 innings and narrow the Red Sox 2-0 lead to 2-1 in the series. This turned out to be the biggest error in the legendary fall classic. Kinsler would apologize in the club house following the game and everyone said it was not his fault and they had his back. It also hurt as he is 36 years old and was chasing his first World Series ring. This error allowed the game to extend to 18 innings and take 7 hours and 20 minutes to complete making it the longest game in World Series and Baseball history. The Red Sox could of folded like they did in 1986 with the Bill Buckner play but did not give up winning the World Series in 5 games. Following the game Kinsler threw his glove at Christian Vazques and said I do not want this any more. Following his error Kinsler did not play in another World Series game. PSA LOA on glove.
