Early and rare Jeff Gordon Dupont Nascar suit. Rainbow style suit was worn during the 1994 season Jeff's second season in Nascar. In 1994, Gordon won the Busch Clash exhibition race at Daytona. In May, Gordon won the pole for the Coca-Cola 600, and won the race after electing to take two tires on a green flag pit stop. Three months later, he scored a hometown victory at the inaugural Brickyard 400. Gordon would go on to Win 4 Winston Cup Championships. Gordon would come up in 1993 and retired last year in 2015. He was and still is one of Nascars most popular drivers. Simpson suit has Simpson tag in collar with 2 1994 tag. Suit shows use with loose threads on back and piling on sleeves. Please view photos on web site. Dupont Automotive Finishes is the major sponsor and is across the front chest. Other sponsors on suit are AC Goodyear, McDonalds, Valvoline, GMAC and Kelloggs Frosted Flakes. Jeff Gordons name is also embroidered on front breast. Gordon is ranked as one of the top 5 Nascar drivers and a sure Nascar Hall of Famer. Rare and Highly collectible suit.
