Madlock played in the Major Leagues from 1973 to 1987. During his career he would win 4 batting titles all in the National League. The only third baseman with more batting titles is Wade Boggs. His 4 batting titles are second in total since 1970 with only Tony Gwynn having more with 8. Madlock is also the only major league baseball player to have won four batting titles who is not enshrined in the Hall of Fame. This bat is a rare find and during the 1983 season he would hit .323. Knob has what appears to be some tarnishing. Please view photos on our wed site.
